We will be performing a scheduled update to the On-Demand Network Security Protection service on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, between 06:00 and 08:00 UTC. During the maintenance window, customers might experience short delays in the automatic switchover process. In rare cases of significant delays, a manual switchover may be required. Although not expected but for some customers, currently diverting traffic to Imperva, the traffic might be manually removed from Imperva during this window. We recommend monitoring your service during this time and taking action if needed. No delays are expected on DDOS attacks detection, and network subnets will remain protected at all times.
