We have implemented a workaround to prevent the aberrant notifications. Email notifications such as DNS changes performed successfully will resume normal operation upon implementation of a permanent resolution that our teams are actively working on.

We have identified an issue with one of our notification email templates, that results in an inaccurate Email subject. Our teams are actively investigating and working to resolve it.
