We have identified ISP-related connectivity issues in the Vancouver region which affected traffic at 07:03 UTC - 07:21 UTC that may have impacted Imperva Cloud WAF and DDoS for Networks traffic routed through the VAN PoP.

Customers with affected traffic may have observed Cloud WAF Error Code 20 responses and/or TCP timeouts.
