Imperva will be migrating a subset of our edge network connectivity between our BKK PoP and our next-generation DMK PoP, both located in Bangkok, Thailand. Maintenance will begin at 17:00UTC on 6th of February 2025, completing by 22:00UTC on 6th of February 2025.
For Cloud WAF customers, during the maintenance window connections routed via our DMK PoP may not be routed optimally which may result in increased latency on requests and some service degradation.
DDoS Protection for Networks customers must ensure that the advertisement of their ranges via alternate connection such as GRE tunnels and Cross-Connects is in place prior to the start of maintenance to avoid any service degradation.
