Imperva Support portal continues to be available with full functionality. While we continue to monitor for any developments, we invite Imperva customers to resume using the Support Portal.

While our vendor is working on resolving the issue, we are inviting customers to contact Imperva Support by phone should they need to raise a new ticket or follow up on active ones.

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with accessing our ticketing system. There might be delays with creating new tickets or accessing current open tickets. We are currently working with our vendor to address this matter.
