Technical teams have performed remedial actions and the Login protect is returning to normal service levels. Technical teams will continue monitoring the system. Further updates to follow.

We have identified an issue with Imperva Login Protect affecting a subset of newly created users. Our technical teams are actively working on a fix to resolve the problem.
