A fix has been implemented and we are continuing to monitor in order to ensure that service has returned to normal.

Investigating

The technical teams are currently examining a possible problem occurring in the Data Centers located in Rio de Janeiro(RIO), and Buenos Aires (EZE). This issue is being investigated as it appears to be related to a problem with a third-party provider.
