Technical teams have performed remedial actions and SSL SAN validation issue is returning to normal operations.

Investigating

We have identified an issue impacting the adding of new SANs and the adding of existing SANs undergoing revalidation on Imperva Managed Certificates.
At this time, affected scenarios are new SAN validations and SAN renewal where the old certificate has expired, and the SAN has not been revalidated in the current period.
This incident does not affect protection for websites onboarded to Imperva.
